Pension Transfers

In association with the Millfield Partnership Ltd, an independent financial consultancy, authorised and registered by the Financial Services Authority (FSA), PIAM can now offer a service enabling clients to transfer either a personal or corporate pension into a personal pension vehicle that can invest in property.

This allows the clients to: 

• Gear their pension fund.

• Own an entire property, through their pension fund rather than small piece of a large one.
  

• Have more input into the investment decisions of their pension fund.

• Benefit from the tax advantages of utilising a pension fund.

   

We have a strict procedure:

1. The client must see a representative of Millfield and be in receipt of an FSA approved report outlining the full benefits of their current pension provision. This report outlines the guaranteed benefits they would lose in return for non-guaranteed benefits they hope for.
2. The client must then use a pension trustee to administer their pension and approve all property pensions.
