Joint Ventures with PIAM
We provide a number of business structures for land owners, both with and without planning permission to work in association with us to maximise the returns from their land. We guarantee to pay, by completion of the project, the market value of the land plus a percentage of the development profit. The land owner can only win in this scenario.
We provide full consultancy, arrange the finance, provide the professional team including builders and will liaise with appropriate agents to sell the finished development. We work on a no fee basis in return for a share of the increased profit the land owner would have lost, 100%, if they had gone down the more traditional route and sold to a developer.
We have already completed a number of these Joint Ventures and we believe we have a flexible template to accommodate most scenarios.
