Building Services

As properties under PIAM management have grown so we have cultivated a network of efficient and reliable builders who charge realistic rates. This enables us to charge our clients, many of whom live far from the areas where they have purchased properties, the "local rate" rather than the "outsider’s rate".

The local builders are kept regularly in work through our management and are aware that the client money will be released by us only upon satisfactory work and always in stages - never in advance.

Our clients benefit from our professional supervision of their building work and third party protection both from shoddy work and high prices.

We will always be happy to quote for building projects free of charge. We have a network of tradesmen throughout most of the North of England, London and the South East.

We endeavour to get the best prices for our clients and charge a 10% management fee on all works.

None of the builders we use will accept introductions without PIAM management
