Company Philosophy


  • We encourage our staff to work “part-time” or “flexi-time” so that they may work around their family commitments rather than being forced to fit family responsibilities around work.

 

  • We encourage our staff to add value at all levels. We aim to create an environment where employees and agents can expand their personalities.

 

  • We have zero tolerance for rudeness or bad temper in any of our business relationships whether these are with suppliers or clients. In every case PIAM will cease to do business with individuals or firms that do not treat our staff with common decency.

 

  • We aim to conduct our business in an environmentally friendly manner. Our aim is to work in a “paperless” office surrounding. To this end, most of our communications with clients must be via e-mail. We believe this will also protect PIAM and our clients, as communication will always be in writing.

 

  • We provide no company brochure but rather refer clients to our web site. Individual questions are then answered for via email.
