*PIAM Blackpool aims to make a profit through the Purchase of "Buy-To-Let" Investment Property in the Blackpool area. Profitability comes in two ways:-

  • Capital Gain of Properties Bought
  • Differential between the Mortgage and the Rents


  • The properties purchased are pre-converted blocks of self-contained flats.

  • Sometimes the "blocks" are refurbished prior to rental.

  • Unless the lender specifies differently we are just as happy to rent to DSS Tenants as we are Private Tenants.

  • Rents must cover the mortgage at a pre-assigned interest rate (well above the current rates) by over 150%.

  • We "self-manage" all our properties.
