*PIAM Blackpool aims to make a profit through the Purchase of "Buy-To-Let" Investment Property in the Blackpool area. Profitability comes in two ways:-
Capital Gain of Properties Bought
Differential between the Mortgage and the Rents
The properties purchased are pre-converted blocks of self-contained flats.
Sometimes the "blocks" are refurbished prior to rental.
Unless the lender specifies differently we are just as happy to rent to DSS Tenants as we are Private Tenants.
Rents must cover the mortgage at a pre-assigned interest rate (well above the current rates) by over 150%.
We "self-manage" all our properties.
